E60 530d auto hunting problem @ 50 mph FIXED !!!!!!!!

just an up date on my on goig problems with the 530d from hell ... bit the bullet & took it to BMW dealer and after a day the found the airflow mtr was at fault so £249 later which inc a new airfilter she is as good as new now... No hunting

A good way to check is to disconnect it and see if it runs any better. If it runs better, your meter is buggered!

It is also useful to check all the vacumn pipes to the turbo as well - I've come across this more than once
