Need to replace the wiper blades on my 54 plate X5. Do not want to go to BMW directly and happy to buy and fit myself. What can anyone recommend, thanks in advance, Rob

Bosch maybe? some people swear by Valeo but Bosch have always been fine for me. Check out Ebay can usually save a few quid on there if thats what you are after.

If you compare like-for-like you won't save more than a few pounds. IMHO, not even worth the effort to post on heresmile

You have a 54 plate X5 yet are squeeking about saving a few quid on wiper blades...
Ebay jobbies will be rubbish, last a matter of months, and squeel and drag across the screen.
Seriously, front the few quid extra...

I've bought Bosch Blades for several of my cars off ebay ~ and saved 40-50% off the well know retail chain outfit's prices ~ delieverd to my door and by simply pressing the bid/buy now button, saves time and money of trawling round the shops or spares outlets.

Halfords - Bosch - done. And dont embarrass yourself by paying some spotty oik to fit them for £4.
