Jammed sat-nav drive

My delightful daughter has just jammed a CD into the Sat-Nav DVD drive of my 5 series. It is no longer working (and I am not very happy).

I have had a quick fiddle but I cannot release anything - any tips? It's the professional navigation system and I don't particularly relish a trip to the dealers if I can help it!

try disconecting neg on batery and then re attach you should then be able to eject disc.

any CD drive can be taken apart (carefully and slowly) to remove forigen bodies and extra discs (seen 2 in a headunit many a time)

Should be able to sort it, but obviously will void any warranty

This is the problem, there are two discs jammed in there somewhere but the unit is built into the dash. Anyone know how easy the drive is to access on an E61?
