2003 E46 w/o Bluetooth...

[iqut]

I have a 2003 E46 330 with 16:9 navi and integrated telephone. but i never used the telephone, i dont even know where i can buy this big sim card. So i decided to find a solution for bluetooth. But unfortunately 2003 made E46 doesnt come with bluetooth. So does anyone know any products which can be integrated to my car and will be able to use already installed microphone, controls on driving wheel, navi screen...(except this bimmernav http://www.bimmernav.com/bmw_e46_bluetooth_retrofi...
Thnx soo muchhhh

you can get back to me on [e-mail] as well...

btw, i write from slovakia...so EU solutions would be better....
