1993 325 TDS E36

Hi Guys. Not used this for a while but will give it a shot, and will hopefully ask a couple of simple questions.

1. Is this car actually a turbo? Daft quesiton maybe? but there is no turbo whine etc and on one of the old MOT's is states the car is non-turbo.

2. Non of the electric windows or sunroof work, could this be the comfort relay.

Both the 325TD and the 325TDs are turbo diesels, the TDS having an intercooler.

Doubt you'll get much of a whine though - never really noticed it on my now long gone Mondeo TD, nor on the A6 TDI.

Got both a tds and a td at home, on both the turbos are very quiet but they're definately there.

Sounds like the comfort relay is gone, if you want to give me the part number I'll see if I have a spare one lying around I can post you.
