What do you guys think? Overpriced? Underpriced? It obviously depends on the condition etc but assuming its in average nick for its age & miles.

Also, what should I look out for mechanically, bodywork wise? Any significant services it should have around 70000 miles?

As usual, many thanks in advance.

Looks okay to me, but I'm a bit useless. I'd hold out for a Sport if only for the better seats and nicer wheels but each to their own. Make sure you give it a good test drive though - mine's not as sharp as I'd like (with hindsight) and I'd look for better next time. Nothing serious, but everything seems a little lazy.

Any history? Brake fluid, coolant, pads/discs, tyres etc..

No satnav is a shame.

Personally, I wouldn't be put off by a car a few years older that had FBMWSH, satnav etc.

Seems alot to me, I got an '02 330ci se back in March last year for 12k with just under 21k miles, manual, beige leather interior, electric seats, folding mirors, m sport wheels and steering wheel, phone kit, upgraded stereo, plus a ton of other stuff I may have forgotten. It's a shame I didn't wait till now because it's rather decent M3 money now but I still wouldn't be able to get insured on one.

Just my 2p's worth.

Just picked up a beautiful Sport with CSL wheels in really good nick but with 118k on the clock for £6k.

To drive it you'd think it had 18k and not 118k.

I'd go and find the nicest Sport you can with the best history and the least owners and enjoy it.

Definitely get a sport. Much easier to sell too.

Have a look to see if the front wishbone bushes have done - they go quite often (40k miles?). You can feel it as a tramlining / instability changing lanes at high speed.
