Creaking panoramic sunroof.....help!

I have recently bought a 2006 535d from sytner BMW, firstly....what a cracking car!
It has the panoramic sunroof which i wasn't looking for as an option but the car i found happened to have one which i thought was a bonus. However it has an annoying creak when driving on uneven roads. Presumably the chassis flex is causing some rubber seal to creak? Has anyone experienced this problem and more importantly rectified it?
