How much would this work on my 528 cost?

How much would a good indie charge for changing the Vanos seals on a late 1999 528? The car at the moment isn't showing signs of problems in that area but in the next few months I want to do some preemptive maintenance as the car has 120k on the clock, and seeing that I now have a new cooling system, new suspension and new brakes and a fresh mot I think its worth spending a bit more on to keep it healthy. I will be using the car a lot more now I have decided I like it too much to sell it. Also looking at getting a full service including oil and filter change, how much would an indie charge for all that in one go? Is there anything else thats worth doing at 120k?
Also the (non indie) garage I take it to at the moment suggests an engine flush before the oil change, but I am dubious, I've heard horror stories about engine flushes....
