330 convertable

hi guys.
i have been spending most 0of today swaeing at my fiat coupe and then went to annoy a local dealer who had a wonderful bmw 330 ci convertable in stcck.
the car is a 53 plate but was only a week of being a 54 plate, it has 61k on the clock. its black with black leather and it is a auto with sat nav, karmon hamon stereo, and full m pack on it. he wants 13k for it but is giving me £1600 for my fiat which is very good and finace of some of the money at 5.6% which was much better than my bank could do.
its a bit slower than my fiat but it felt comfy and relaxed and handled well and stopped well.
do you guys think its a good price and anything i should look out for or consider?
