Good Indy for Auto gearbox repairs... Milton Keynes area???

Hi, Anyone know any good Indy for Auto gearbox repairs... Milton Keynes area???. The box has the shudders under no load throttle application, Revs rise and fall. Sounds like a rebuild.

Thanks, Another question, had a quote and been told its both!!! box and converter!!!... not sure on this . is this common practice?

Would the GB have to be overhauled/replaced or can just a replacement torque converter be tried first....??

Any help appreciated, been quoted 3.5K and all they did was took it round the block and check fluid level which was fine.... that was 30 quid!

Care to tell us what car or box you are talking about? (nothing in your profile) - As i have 5hp24 in the classifieds.
It is normal to replace the TC when changing a box, as it could be full of crud.
