Just about to swap my rear tyres on the 1'er, my local independent tyre place can get Hancooks (RTF's) for £20 a corner cheaper than the Bridgestones I have now. Anyone tried the Hancook RTF's, are they any good? I have heard of them before buit I don't know anyone who has used them.

Surely its worth 20 quid a corner to get the good ones?

On reflection yes it is. I'm looking to sell it in the next few weeks so having decent rubber will be a plus on the selling points (hopefully).

Hankook make very good track day tyres, I use the RS-2's on my M3 as do many others. No idea what their normal road tyres are like though.

If you want RFT's go with the Goodyears, the Bridgestones are awful in comparison.

For £20 I wouldn't bother myself.

Hankook are good enough for Ford and VW to fit as OE tyres, so why wouldn't they be OK on a toy BM? biggrin
