I got him to change the thermostat on my E46 330i that was stuck open.
No problems, but he is very much a one-man-band for good or ill, so when I rang
up for a booking there was just an answerphone message saying he'd gone away for
a few days, so to ring back next week.
Not sure what the deal with courtesy cars is as he is within walking distance.
Not needed any further work doing so haven't required his services since.
