E46 Sport Touring Towbar

Hi - has anyone fitted a removeable tow bar to an E46 sport touring?

Any recommendations? I am after something to tow a Caterham - also any recommendations on a decent / light weight trailer?

I have one of these fitted to mine, but have never used it.
The one useful piece of info I can give you is that the official BMW tow kit requires you to chop a hole in your bumper and buy an expensive bit of plastic to cover the hole, the Brink jobbie doesn't require any chopping leaving the bracket just visible.

Had a Brink bar on my E46 328i and used that to tow a caterham on a Brian James Minno - the combo worked a treat.
