E46 Key fob

Afternoon all,

The battery seems to be going on the key fob for my '53 330d. Does anyone know which battery these take and how one gets into the fob?
Had a good prod but no joy so far....

I *thought* they were supposed to charge from the ignition?

YES they do.

You need to put it in ignition for a long drive. If this does not work, buy a new key.
