recommend a dealership for service in London

can anyone recommend a good, trustworthy dealer in London/ Kent? It's an E90, approved car, so probably best to maintain the warranty.

actually find myself not minding a few pounds an hour more on labour rate for a good job.

I have tried Croydon and they were rubbish, the one in Blackheath is OK but £160 per hour labour. There is one in Harodl Wood which I haven't used personally but a colleague rates them and they have been the most pleasant to deal with on the phone so far. Not sure what they charge. Hope that helps^^

If you want value for money and good customer service don't use the one in W. London. Hint: StrawBERRY, CranBERRY, RasBERRY
