problems with batt on 760il

Hi people! Need some help.

I have a 760il and having some problems with it. Warning light keeps coming up on the dash saying batt low. Cars been to bmw they “say” they have recharged it etc. Keeps happening. Took it back and the “technician” ( so called any way) says ohhh thats errrrr just telling you the battery can get low....?!?!!??!!? wtf?!?!?!? Why would it say battery low? Well obviously this tit doesn’t no his mouth from his arse and I have rang bmw head office to complain as I know he was just telling me porky’s because he doesn’t have a clue why its saying that. waiting for a responce from head office. Any of you guys shed any light on this?

Either the battery is not holding a charge, in which case it needs replacing or there is something draining the battery, if the same tech checked the cars then I would not hold out any hope that he has checked for drains.

The technician is so thick that I had a problem with the a.m single on the car. Basically it was really ste. The engineer took a look had the car for the day said there's no problem and that’s how a.m feed is. I took the car to a specialist ice technician he found the fault in 10 mins. Took the car back to bmw and showed them the report. I made them reimburse me the charge I got from the independent technician. What make'a you laugh is that a random person know's more about bmw’s ice system then a bmw technician?
