Depends how badly: some guys can work miracles, others don't touch them: worth asking the question. Does it lose air? Is the alloy ripped or cracked?

OK: here' s "can" - http:/www.alloywheelrepair.co.uk/ ; here's a "can't" - http://www.wickedwheels.co.uk/alloy-wheel-repairs.... : I've had a dent straightened & a few refurbed over the years, often it comes down to how much to repair vs how much to replace. Good luck, either way.

Welding cast alloy that's been cracked is a fairly specialist job, and quite easy to get wrong. The consiquences of failure in the wheel are pretty high so I'd replace it. If it's an OE wheel there may well be ones on ebay, or check the prices at the dealers.
