Is 25mpg Good or Bad?

I'm sort of new here having been an 'M' car chat contributor but stopped when I sold my Z4MC in July. Much sadness....
I now have a 330i 2005 manual. Only had it for a week from ACU 33k miles -( yippee!) but snow ice and rain..... I seem to be getting 25mpg at the moment. I am sure some of this is because of 'new car syndrome' but my z4m did that! What mpg, on average, do you think I should be getting?
