318 TI Help/advice please

Hi all, my girlfriend has a 318 TI Compact which don't start very well on cold damp mornings like we've had just lately i've changed the plugs, new air filter and had new oil and filter, only other thing i can think off would be the coil pack and leads but these are quite expensive if not at fault.

Once it's had a few minutes to warm up it's fine but runs lumpy until then, just wondered if there was a common sensor fault or something, any help would be appreciated.
