330i M Sport Touring - What next?!
Discussion
Might need to change the car in the coming months for something a little larger - any thoughts on what? Love the 6 cylinder engine but the boot a little cramped. Budget of no more than 15k and has to be petrol! Have looked at the newer 525i M Sport but Ill lose a lot of the grunt that I like...
Prefer the Sports variants rather than SE as the bodies look a little more aggressive...
I know a few years ago Audi did a 3 litre A6 Avant but prefer the roundel...

My first thought was a 540 touring on account of they depreciate faster.
Then I saw this:

335i M Sport, with a remap.
But doesnt get me more space!

I've had a look, theres a few 535d's for 15k.
What do you think an 02 plate 330i sport touring with 76k on the clock and FSH is worth? No elec seats or sat nav

Has has to be petrol; think so far there is a 3 litre A6 Quattro Avant and the trusty 530i Sport Touring....

Nooo not Audi. What do you think an 02 plate 330i sport touring with 76k on the clock and FSH is worth? No elec seats or sat nav

E39 540i?
As for the value the best thing would be to have a look in the classifieds for similar age and spec cars.

If you can put up with a non-Sport model, how about an E60 545i Touring? I've only ever see one Sport version for sale, but the normal ones pop up regularly sub-£15k.
Just had a look myself. E60 petrol v8s in Touring guise seem like rocking-horse poo!Go for the latest, highest spec e39 540i Sport.

Just because it takes a bit of time and effort to find a car does not make it a bad option.

Cheapest SE on AT is over £20k

Cheapest Sport is a 550i at £27k

With £15k, a nice e60 530i Sport seems the obvious answer really

You can get a 335i for less than 15k can you?

Just assumed if a 330i could be worth less than 15k, 50bhp wouldn't make all that much difference.
