I have spotted and '86 E30 convertible in some local classifieds for £750 no tax or test but looks resonable.

In one of the pictures though it appears to have imaculate black leather seats and the matching door cards. I vaguely remember that these are worth a few bob.

Does anyone know how much it's worth as I may pick it up cheap and break it for spares for my track car and flog the interior if it's worth anything.

Cheers for the help.

Good leathers, no rips, properley cleaned and presented with any scuffs sorted etc worth around £350-£450

are there any other good 'saleable' bits? ...like the hood, 15" BBS Alloys, LSD, multifunction computer, M tec steering wheel? etc

Me too; Mustard is right.

They might, might, be worth more if they are immaculate motorsport leather seats though. you can tell from a glance if they are motorsport seats by the motorsport emblem that should be present on the seat itself (but this is easily replicated) so your best bet is to examine the paperwork (original build/order sheet preferably) or alternatively get the VIN (bottom of windscreen, scuttle area - it's stamped into it) and take that and the registration number to a main dealer and they can check for you.

Good luck

For spare parts, interiors etc etc I'd suggest you visit www.e30zone.net . Thriving community with plenty of cars being broken. Unfortunate for the cars but good news for you. You'll have to register (5 min job) to see the classifieds but it's worth if only for the advice on there regarding your steed.

rofl No offence but I'd rather shove forks up my ass than deal with those miserable cretins.

Cheers pal, heres a pic of the interior from the Ad', it's a very breif local advert so no detail. it's an 86 'chromie' by the looks of it though. Does that make it a Baur convertable?

That's had a nasty re trim in the past, looks like comfort type seats so not desirable as the sport seats the door cards are normal and probably worth a tenner if that.

Get more pics up if you can, fragging an E30 is easy work, some bits command a good price the rest sell for peanuts.

Definately not a 'sport' seat, is it even leather?

Yes I thought it looked a bit like Vinyl but wasn't sure hence the question.

I probably won't bother then as it has no tax or MOT and moving it to my place will be a pain in the ass, the wheels are some aftermarket tat and it's only a 316.

Just thought that the Leather may have covered the cost of the car and then use the rest for track bits.

Cheers for the help.
