Hi,

I have an E60 M5 with iDrive and CD changer in the glove box (which plays CD's and NOT MP3's).

I have been looking at the Dension 500 kit as I want to use my iPhone 3GS. I fitted an iPod dock cable in my E46 M3 so I'm quite OK with basic jobs like that.

I wondered how easy it is to fit?

I can get the full thing off eBay for £305, or I can get it fitted for £399. If I can save myself £94 for an hours work and do it myself then great!

Thanks

Really easy.

Pull out glove box or just the changer, put the optical cable in line and then plug back in, grab power from changer.

Should be 30 mins tops.

As far as I know the Dension is the only one that works with iDrive?

Yup, completely forgot about that, sorry.
