Anyone got any thoughts on the best tyres for the 135?

I'm a way off having to change them but would appreciate the benefit of anyones experiences.

Depends if you want the run flats on not.

IMO the bridgestone run flats are pretty competitive in the way of grip & life span.

I'd be inclined to ditch the run-flats and try something like the goodyear F1 asymmetric

How well do these foam puncture things work though? I can't really afford to get stranded by a puncture due to my work.

I know the Z4M has some form of sealant thing, anyone used it?

As well as, if not better, than the runflats.

I know someone who did 3 laps of the 'ring on sealant, I wouldn't dare but they did and it was fine.

I would get Michelin Pilot Sport 2's, they are perfect for the 135i.

You'd feel pretty daft if you crashed on the ring because you were driving on a flat held together with a bit of foam!
