little bit confused here hopefully someone can enlighten me

basicaly my battery died out on my e36 had someone try jump start me but had a slight problem his car is a 206 but for some stupid reason the 206's battery connectors were opposite to what they normally are since when was the black positive and red negative???

end of it the battery ended up frying my jump leads! got the car going today but my interior lights are not workig and my passenger rear lights are not working properly only the reverse light and indicator. drivers side completly fine.

bought new bulbs but no joy

im so confused and i dont want an excuse for the police pulling me over for it

any ideas would be great

thanks

Have you checked the fuses? Might seem obvious but loads of my cars have had wierd fuse arrangements covering seemingly random selections of things.
