Updating 5 series interior???

ANyone changed their cloth interior to leather?? How much would I be looking at??
Looking at a 06plate 520d SE with grey cloth but would much prefer leather
Is £2k too little???? Looking for a decent job
Would i be better trying to get a salvage motor and get my leather seats from that?

Complete sets including door cards are around £800.
A decent re-trim will cost between £1000-2000 depending on leather.
I would get a retrim myself as you could do something a little different, saw a black E60 which was done with Bordeaux leather seats and door inserts, looked stunning and not somthing you could get unless choosing and paying for BMW individual.
