I know the running costs will be a good bit higher but I'm only doing 4k a ayear so wear and tear shouldn't be too much in comparison to 15k aa year.

Good buy though, that's what I was suggesting???

The only problems I recall with the first of the new 6 series was some electrical faults. Much the same as the 7 experienced.

At 12-15k you should be wary about everything on a 645ci!!!

You could end up paying half again keeping it running!

Be carefull about spec which makes a big difference to price.

Couldnt agree more with the above! I bought my 645ci in sept last year and looked at a lot, the cheaper ones tend to be dogs with no spec. People that have bought them cheap in the last year or so that couldnt afford to run them and then trying to shift them needing a lot of tlc!!

And yes spec changes the price of these hugely, cos its surprising how many of these cars were poorly specd from new.

Mine has every extra bar TV. Worth waiting for and worth paying the right money for

I had a 55 plate 630 for a year and running costs were not bad at all. These are great value for money and are all round good cars. I can't believe how cheap they are. A lot of car for the money.

How much are they now going for? I assumed was only the larger petrols which got hit badly on depreciation?
