ABS light and the ASC/T Aand handbrake light wont go out

Hello all,
Slight problem car went in for M.O.T yesterday they changed 2 discs on the back and pads and both sets of pads on the front.
Also the car failed on emissions the car seems to be runing quite rough on idle like a juddering. Maybe suspect fuel ? Might try some Redx see if it clears out.
We have taken off all the tyres and checked to see if the sensors were lose but everything is fine and one has been replaced.
ABS+traction controll warning lights are on permanent.
The car is a (1999 BMW 323i) Any help or advise would be appreciated.
