E91 Battery location?

Hi - i had to jump start a neighbour today, after a bit of figuring out, i located two pegs in the engine bay to clip the jump leads too, we were both bemused as to where the actual battery is located... anyone know?

In the boot, behind an access panel on the right hand side.

thanks - tried that first as that where it was on my e46 cabrio - but nothing looked obvious on my touring - i'll have a closer look!
