Genuine or copy alloy?

Maybe one of the daftest questions for a while. On the rear of my buckled MV11 wheel it reads- "Not original equipment". Could that mean that they were not infact factory specification, but still manufactured by BMW or are they indeed a copy?
I've also been told the rears should be wider than the fronts if originals.Is this also true? This is the front and reads 8J.

Fake.

Generally BMWs have wider rears than fronts.

EG - 225 40 18 and 255 35 18 etc.
