The pre-facelift 3.0i is 221g/km, post-facelift 3.0Si is 204g/km. Both in band K IIRC, £245/year. IIRC auto's are slightly higher co2 but not enough to push them into the higher band.
Also, I'm 6'1 (185cm) and just shy of 14st and find the standard (non-sport) seats comfier than the sport seats. But that's mainly due to my very wide shoulders, so if you're regular build you should be fine in either.

3.0i Auto is 231g/km - pushing it into the L band - £425 of your finest per year.

Has it gone up a lot since last year then? On 30/4/09 my 3.0SE auto was £210.http://www.whatgreencar.com/view-car/4028/bmw-z4_s...
Hey mate,Yeh your the same as me with the bike..Sady thing is it's going to be hard to not jump on the bike when the weathers good
I'm 5'11 bit off you size but it fit's me ok...
My dad's 6'2 and he seemed ok in it.But tbh the space is a little cramped..But it add's to the sporty feel in my op

The best thing you can do is get down to a dealer and sit in one. If you have a wide back, you may find sports seats uncomfortable. If you have long legs, you may find it cramped.
That said, I'm 6 foot with a fairly wide back and 14st, and I have no complaints from my Coupe - even with my silly driving position.

I'm currently looking at a roadster and went and sat in an 04 plate one last weekend as I was worried I wouldn't fit in them....
At 6ft7 and 18 1/2 stone I was surprised when I did...I mean it was tight, but I did. So the OP shouldn't have much to worry about!
That was with the normal seats mind, not sure about the sports seats!
The MX-5 and S2000 are definitely off my list though, I didn’t have a chance of getting in either of those!

No chance with sports seats. I'm 6ft 4 and a bit and I only just fit in the normal seats (left knee/dash interface). Sports seats are curved at the back and you lose and inch or two legroom. At 6ft7 and 18 1/2 stone I was surprised when I did...I mean it was tight, but I did. I thought the knee/dash conflict would be a major problem for me but for some unknown reason it wasn't, bags of headroom in there too.
I tried both a 3.0l with leccy seats and a 2.2 with manual seats for comparison whilst I was there. The manual definitely had a bit more play in it, and I also found that if I had the leccy seat right back, I couldn't get it to a comfortable position. I actually had to move it forward half an inch or so which allowed me to lower it a bit more and lean the seat a bit further back and then it was fine.
I just need to find one with the right combination of options now, Ellipsoid wheels seem to be thin on the ground at the moment.
