hard wiring a snooper GPS/S100 to a X3

Hi all, i have just bought a Snooper Neo Radar GPS to go in my X3 and i would like to run a 12v feed (remote, so it comes on and off with ignition) direct to the Snooper unit (so i dont have use the ciggy lighter socket), can anyone tell me the easiest/most logical place to T off the feed from?

I would also like to mount the additional S100 radar into engine bay, where would i find a access hole to feed wiring through to the engine bay?
