Purchasing advice please!

Hey all,

I'm looking at purchasing a 2000 m-sport kit model E46 320 convertible. It has close to 70k miles on the clock and appears to be in good condition. What should I be looking out for on a car this age and what questions should I be asking the seller? Also, what would be a resonable offer on a car like this?

I'm sure all these answers are already in the forum but I'm on my phone and browsing so many posts isn't that easy! So thanks in advance for any advice

I'd be questionign how it came to have an M sport kit (assuming it is the 2002 onwards kit).
Upgrade after a front and rear shunt ?
