Get on eBay, there are always plenty. It's where I bought mine for bugger all. Also the wheels from the E60 fit straight on.

E39s need spacers. Here's a pic of mine with the E60 wheels:

I went back to these to be more subtle, and changed the boot lid for one with no spoiler:

very nice! there is a set just like that on ebay.the car i bought is a m reg touring got some bad dents and scrapes on it but the black leather interior is mint. didnt look into the odd tyre size though and as always i found out after buying.touble is i need some pretty rapidly as one of the 230/50 390 tyres has a bad gash in it and im not going to be able to get one anytime soon.the air con blows warm air is it an expensive fix?

thanks for the offer mate, but would like them to have tyres as i dont want to spend a shed load of money on them, would i need spacers as well for them, as i say just bought ccar for 750 and the odd size has caught me out big time, the gash is bad and the spare is flat which at time wasnt bothered as i thought i would just get a new tyre, but oh no they are silly sizes.

Have you tried your local scrapyard, you'll be surprised what you might find, do a search on eBay for e34, 39 38 and 60. All will fit but as said e39's will need spigot rings. Also try this site http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/ A good source of friendly info and spares.

I've got some 15" e34 wheels with tyres that I need rid of (BBS style). Also some 17"s but only one good uniroyal.

PM if you're interested. T

I've a complete set of 5 of these 15's all with legal tyres and centre caps. One (the spare) I think has a virtually brand new tyre on it by the looks of things.

Quite willing to let them go for a reasonable price.

Warm air-con....can be pricey. If it's a bargain bucket and you just need it for transport by all means get it leak checked as it could just be an o-ring gone and your gas has all leaked out. The big bits cost rather a lot. Did the whole system on my 525 and my wallet was sore afterwards.

thght pricey would be the anwser.who would do leak check? bmw only or any old re gassing place.how does it work in the e34 i was trying to look for the system earlier but couldnt see anything under the bonnet that looked air conny.where does it start and finish. read some thread earlier where someone had had several e34 and none of the air cons worked.not really to fussed but if it was a simple fix i would spend a little, would be nice on the really hot days.could have done with it yesterday.

Good to see you got it sorted, somebody's breaking an e34 on forum 5 if your interested, set of 4 15" BBS wheels for £60 and a full set of metrics for £25, plus breaking the rest of the car http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=56...
