BMW negatives.

I want to lose some of the negative camber I have on my BMW 323i and have a set of Superflex adjustable trailing arm bushes. I am unsure how to go about fitting them and being certain that they are in the correct position? Surely I don't have to fit them, measure everything, then take it all apart again and move them? It all seems a bit hit and miss if that really is the case.

Has anyone else fitted these bushes to their BMW? If so, what method did you use to get the maximum adjustment? Any help / advice would be much appreciated please guys.
