Possible 330i purchases question

Hi guys
I wondered if you could give me a bit of advice? I am looking at getting my first 325 or 330 having just sold a Z4. Budget is 11k, I want a new shape so 05 onwards, max mileage is roughly 60k, although for full BMW service history I could up this.
I have seen a 330i, http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1504512.htm. It has 82k on clock and was last serviced at 71k last July. Oil and Filter change was done at 71k, the plugs were changed at 61k.
Do you think it would be safest to insist on another service before buying? I wouldn't want to buy then have to service it a month later. Also is it likely I can get the kind of car I am after within this budget?
