Syphoning fuel out of a E46

A friend of mine is scrapping his 330, problem is it has a full tank of fuel.

How do I go about getting it out?

I'm not used to modern cars, its bound to have some sort of anti syphoning device on it.

It almost certainly will. You need to get access to the fuel tank, then remove fuel pump and sender assembly as per the following diagrams:





Then stick a tube down into the tank and suck!
