Have any of you used this chap (one man band, I think)...? My E39 needs some suspension work etc., which I would much rather have done by someone who understands the cars, as opposed to a "replace the unit" type.

I dropped in on him ages ago, and he seemed to know his stuff, and to have some very nice cars in. He is also, if I recall, fairly expensive per hour for an independent. I would much rather pay more for a sensible and knowledgeable person, which he certainly appears to be, but just wondered whether there was any direct experience out there.
