I was just wandering what this show is like, i.e. are there many cars etc? I have missed it each year but might be able to get to it this Sunday, is it worth the trip and taking a day off? Does anyone have any old photos of previous years?

There may be upto 400 cars in attendance and yes it is worth attending! Weather this weekend may be somewhat dull, but Tatton Park is a stunning location. Go and enjoy the variety of cars.

Here are a couple of from 2005. The black E28 Alpina B10 was absolutely fantastic.

It was a good day out and the Porsche Club were there too.

I'll be there on Sunday with my M635 CSi.

Well you have all twisted my leg ha! I will be going now... You're right, Tatton is brilliant - I go to most shows there....the Classic and Sports, American and VWNW...just usually busy at uni and stuff as the Beemer one is normally a September thing I think....Thanks for the help
p.s. search cheshireautopromotions for info on the classic, sports and american....they all have decent autojumbles and great cars...I go every year - great fun!

I went, very disappointing!!!

The only thing worth seeing was the supercharged M3 CSL with 700+ BHP, all the rest were just standard factory cars, nothing much special at all.

Also poor show on stalls, 2 were selling the same things (Autoglym).

Sorry but here are three reasons why it wasn't disappointing and very special for me...

But I have to agree with the stalls. What a pile of poo! What were the 'outdoor clothing', 'handbags', 'mobile phones' etc etc doing there?? Where were all the auto jumble/parts stalls?

And a 'supercharged CSL' What's the point? That's like putting an extra turbo on a Bugatti Veyron!
