X5 Comms Pack - phone option disappeared!

Hi All,

I have a X5 3.0d (55 plate) with the comms pack. Everything has been fine and my Blackberry was paired and working. However, this morning I got into the car and the phone didn't pair which was strange. On looking at the comms pack menu the "phone menu" has completely disappeared!!

I tried the normal re-pairing method as the engine is turned on but nothing. It seems like the actual comms pack has forgotten/lost it has a phone/bluetooth part - any pointers and advice very welcome?

Not heard of this problem before, but that doesn't much

The bluetooth module is on top the nav drive in the boot, might be worth checking the wires etc.

Also worth checking the fuses too.
