320d touring.Whats it worth?

Hi all,im in the process of trying to sell my 51 plate 320d touring and im having a few problems with people making ridiculous offers.Its a lovely car in brilliant condition,91000 miles with full service history,extras such as black leather,rear pdc and factory fitted m tec 1 bumpers all finnished in topaz blue.Ive had people offering me around the 3.5k mark which to me is way to low.Just wondered what you guys think,any opinions fellas?

It depends how desperate you are to sell it.
Similar cars are advertised on autotrader around £4.5k. Punters will expect to haggle 10% off so £3.5k for a quick sale isn't insulting.
