Independent inspection

Anybody know of a good company to use for an Independent inspection - I'm hoping to buy a 330 sport cab privately. SW London / Surrey / Middx area.

Also any points to look out for ? Its 2001 model with about 25K miles.

Won't a dealer do it? Have heard bad stories about the AA inspection.
