E90 330i (ED) service costs?

I've had my car (LCI 330i manual) booked in for its first service (oil only) with a local dealer on Monday. They phoned to confirm the appointment today and I asked for the cost... £240...
Thinking this was slightly on the high side, I asked for a breakdown and was told "only £34 worth of labour" but that the oil was £120 alone (being special and all that) and that, unbelievably, there was a £23 charge to reset the service indicator!!
Now I'm not ignorant to the cost of good fully synthetic oils but £20 a litre?? Even my local petrol station (a rip off) charges quite a bit less than that for little 1l bottles of 'good stuff'. As for the service indicator thing I'm just enraged that they have the nerve to claim that this is a chargeable component of the service, it's just a few button presses right?
Does anyone with a similar car have any figures for comparison?
