E36 / E46 Seat Mounts

On friday morning I will be Machining 20 sets of these ( very similar to these in the link )

The mounts are half way done, Ive machined the first side profile, I will be back in the workshop monday to turn the parts over and remove the excess leaving the finished profile. Heres a few pics to show the progress>

I'm planning on fitting some racing seats to my E36 soon, so... for the avoidance of doubt...

...these are universal brackets for fitting such seats?

They are better than the car specific ones you get with seats because....?

And how much are they?

Hiya mate, they arent universal they are made to fit the e46 and e36 to accept most common aftermarket seats.
They are £150 per side ( drivers side only )

Sorry - when I said universal I was referring to seat types rather than cars.

I guess they must be for owners who are chasing every last gramme; OMP sub-frames, for example - E36 specific - are only fifty-odd quid a set.
