Can you check the Spec of a car from the Registration

[Gibo993]

Is it possible to get a full list of all options on a car, talking to a owner who does not seem to know what options it has!!

Buying a car is sooo frustrating!!!! (its a hard life)

forgot to add, Its quite a travel to view hence the question as I want to check full spec before.

If you know the registration number a BMW dealer should be able to gain access to the original spec that was ordered.
The VIN number would also help.

A BMW dealer can definitely do this if you have the VIN and they are willing. If you've just got the reg number and it's not the original it could be more of a problem.
