Plan is to pick up a cheap set of wheels and shod them with winter tyres.
My car is an 06 with 20" wheels which I understand have offsets of 45 front and 30 rear.
Could I switch them for a set of the 17" ellipsoid wheels off the very first E53's that have an offset of 40?
