E46 - Electric Window Issue

Hi All,
Had an interesting experience today. I was driving along and all of a sudden my drivers side rear window decided to open. Assuming I'd knocked the switch I put it back up... only for it to happen again... and again.
After swearing at it a bit, I discovered that if I disabled the rear window switches it ceased to be a problem. I'm assuming this is a relay issue on the one switch. Anybody else had this problem?
It's not something I'm massively worried about as I very rarely drive from the backseat... I leave that to my Mother in Law...
