Does contract hire not work out relatively expensive if you're doing large mileage?

I have been quoted £465 plus vat per month for aa 520d SE with metalic, and bluetooth on 35K per annum direct with BMW

Just need the MD to agree now!

So far, i've been quoted £535+vat ! for a 520d M Sport touring with met paint,heated leather seats and sun protection glass based on 25k a year which seems a little steep gonna pop to the stealers today ..............
