e39 touring battery replacement query

Took battery out to charge it in the dark yesterday. Replaced it this afternoon and think I have lot a bit! Is there a washer on the bolt that secures the angled support bar that goes over the top of the battery in the bootfloor? pretty sure ther was one but can't find it! Somebody please put me out of my misery and let me know so that I can stop looking for the bloody thing!!!!

I've taken my E 39 (Touring) battery on and off a few times and I don't recall any washers.

Thankds for that, have also now checked REALOEM and they have the same diagram. It seems to be of a saloon but can only assume that they are the same.
