Erm, which are best for a track car (if that makes any difference)?

What is the difference?

Safe to say I hate it when I'm given a choice.

Eccentric bushes will increase camber and castor improving high speed stability and steering and were fitted as standard to the E36 M3. They are available from Powerflex as a straight replacement for the stock concentric bushes but are in much tougher urethane and operate as a bearing rather than twisting a slug of rubber.

The hot set up though would be a pair of fixed camberplate top mounts either in Fast Road or Track settings.
