Yes, but only in 330d guise as the 335d is auto only. You can get both an E46 and E92 in 3.0d manual. Which model year are you looking at?

If you're wanting a diesel I wouldn't dismiss an auto. I've always preferred a manual and stuck with that when I bought my E46 330d coupe a few years back; however, I soon realised that you don't drive a diesel the same way you do a petrol and an auto box that keeps the engine within the (relatively) limited rev range actually makes a lot of sense. Always said that if I went back to a car like that I'd have an auto next time; bit worse on fuel but better suited to the characteristics of the diesel engine IMO. If you remove the requirement for a manual that will also bring the 335d into play; as the previous post said, they are auto only!
